What surprises people who have not driven one is how ordinary it is at ordinary speeds. It is narrower than most of the SUVs in this fleet, the visibility out of it is genuinely good, the ride is civilised over a patched Los Angeles surface, and the boot in the nose takes two weekend bags. How much does it cost to rent a Porsche 911 in Los Angeles?

Is it difficult to drive if I have never driven a 911?
It is the least intimidating fast car we let. The gearbox does everything in traffic, the visibility is good, and it is narrower than most of our SUVs. The character only shows up when you go looking for it.
How many people fit, and where does luggage go?
Two comfortably, with two small rear seats behind that suit bags or a short hop with children. The boot is in the nose and takes two soft weekend cases. For four adults and their luggage, ask about the BMW 7 or the Bentley Bentayga.
