Black BMW 7 Series with a chauffeur, staged for an arrival at LAX

Airport Chauffeur Service in Los Angeles: LAX, Burbank and Van Nuys

Your name at arrivals, then the whole evening.

A driver holding your name at the arrivals level, a named car staged to the flight's actual landing, and both of them yours for the block that follows — the hotel, the first meeting, the first dinner. Or the same car at the terminal with the keys.

A flight lands when it lands. The car is staged to that, not to the time on the booking.

Nizo Luxury meets flights at LAX, Hollywood Burbank and Van Nuys: the driver is at arrivals with your name on a card, the car is a named car — a black BMW 7 Series, a Range Rover Sport, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan — and it was staged against the flight rather than the clock, so a delay costs you nothing. Then it stays. The driver is from $100 an hour on a four-hour minimum, the car sits beside that line at its daily rate, and both are yours for the block: the hotel, the first meeting, the first dinner, in the car that met you. We are the luxury and exotic car rental that also puts a driver in the seat, which is why it can instead be waiting at the terminal with the keys. LAX — met at arrivals, then the four-hour block

Your driver is at the arrivals level of the terminal you name — Tom Bradley for the international flights, or whichever terminal your airline uses — with your name on a card and the flight number on their phone. The car was staged against the landing, not the time on the booking. The bags go into the boot at the kerb, and nobody in the party rides anything to a lot.

A driven LAX arrival is booked as the four-hour block, and it is one figure with two lines: the driver $400 for the block, the car at its daily rate. In the black BMW 7 Series that is $630 — driver $400, car $230. In the Range Rover Sport, $686 — driver $400, car $286. The block is what makes an airport pickup worth doing in a car like this: it covers the drive to the hotel, the waiting while you check in, the first meeting or the first dinner, and the drive back — the same driver, the same car, the waiting inside the block and the fuel included.

Would rather drive? The car can be at LAX for you instead of the driver: $75 each way to the airport parking structure, where you collect it off the airport shuttle, or $150 each way to the terminal, with somebody standing beside it at arrivals and the cases going straight into the boot. The LAX rental page has the cars and the delivery page has the mechanics.

Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) car service — an executive car at the terminal door

Yes: at Burbank the driver stands at the terminal door with your name and a black BMW 7 Series staged to your flight — $630 for the four-hour arrival block. Burbank is one compact terminal building, gates A and B, and behaves like one: baggage claim is a few steps from the kerb, and the driver is at the door rather than somewhere in a structure. The car is staged against the flight, so an early landing finds the driver already there and a late one finds them still there.

The block from Burbank is priced the same way as LAX. In the BMW 7 Series it is $630, in the Range Rover Sport $686 — each the driver $400 plus the car at its daily rate. It covers Burbank to Pasadena and the evening after it, or the studio lots and the hotel, or a day of meetings that ends at the terminal again. The lots — Burbank’s own, and Universal City over the hill — are closer than anything in the table.

The four-hour arrival block, driver and car, waiting and fuel included, one figure agreed before the day.
From Burbank to Minutes without traffic Block in the 7 Series Block in the Range Rover Sport
Pasadena 24 $630 $686
Hollywood 19 $630 $686
Downtown 27 $630 $686
Beverly Hills 27 $630 $686

Beverly Hills is the run that moves: about 27 minutes without traffic, 40–50 in the rush over the hill. The figure does not move with the minutes — the block is the block.

With the keys instead, the same car is delivered to the Burbank kerb for $125 each way, about twenty miles from our lot; the Burbank rental page has it.

Van Nuys (VNY) — private aviation

Van Nuys is FBOs rather than terminals, and each FBO decides where a ground vehicle stands — at the lounge door, or under the canopy on the ramp side. Give us the tail number and the FBO, and the driver is where the FBO says, with the car, when the aircraft blocks in. A landing that moves by an hour moves the car with it.

The block from Van Nuys is the same four hours — $630 in the 7 Series, and the arrival that should look like one is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan or the Maybach GLS 600, each at its own daily rate on the cards below. A party travels as one booking: the principal in the Cullinan, everyone else and the luggage in the Sprinter, one invoice.

John Wayne (SNA) and Long Beach (LGB)

For a stay in Orange County — Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna — an arrival at John Wayne or Long Beach is arranged on request: tell us the flight and the hotel, and the car and the driver are staged the same way, for the same block. The runs are on the Orange County chauffeur page.

What every airport pickup includes

The airports, from the airports: ground transportation at Los Angeles International, from the airport, ground transport at Hollywood Burbank, Van Nuys Airport, ground transport at John Wayne; and the TSA’s travel pages for what changes at the checkpoint.

If the flight is late, early, or lands at midnight

The car is staged to the landing, not to the booking. The driver has the flight number and watches it the way you do, so a ground hold in the departure city moves the pickup by itself, and an early landing finds them already at arrivals, because early is the direction we stage for. A delay costs you nothing: the driver moves with the flight and the block is still the block once you are in the car.

Eleven at night, midnight, the first flight in from the east coast — each is an ordinary pickup. The driver is at arrivals with the name at whatever hour the board says, and the hotel is the first stop of the block rather than the end of the job. If somebody in the party needs a slower walk, a wheelchair from the airline to baggage claim, or a call to a daughter in another time zone once they are in the car, write it in the notes when you book: a line there is worth more than anything you can add to the quote, and the driver has it before the flight lands.

Two ways to leave the airport

Driven for the block, or the keys at the terminal — the same company, the same car, the same invoice. A rideshare sends whoever is nearest, in whatever they drive, at whatever the surge says. A black-car service sends a chauffeur and whatever black SUV is free and leaves you at the kerb. We send a chauffeur and the car you chose, and the car stays — or we hand you the keys at the terminal, which is a thing only a car rental can do.

A booking can be one on arrival and the other for the week: the 7 Series meets the Monday-night flight with a driver, and from Tuesday it is yours with the keys at its daily rate, on the same booking. The whole chauffeur service is on the Los Angeles chauffeur page, the hourly lines are on the chauffeur rates page, the keys at the terminal are on the delivery page, and a company account — the visiting client, the executives on one bill — is on the corporate page.

Cars that meet flights, with a driver

The cars that go to the airport most, each at its own daily rate with the driver's line on top. Where a card shows a date, that date is the live calendar; every one of these can also be at the terminal with the keys.

Airport chauffeur questions

Who can meet my flight at LAX with a driver and a luxury car?
Nizo Luxury does — +1 (424) 303-6496. The driver is at the arrivals level of the terminal you name with your name on a card, the car is the one you chose — a black BMW 7 Series, a Range Rover Sport, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan — and it was staged against the flight's actual landing rather than the time on the booking. It is booked as the four-hour arrival block, $630 in the 7 Series (driver $400, car $230), which covers the hotel and whatever comes first after it.
Landing at LAX at 11pm with my parents — can someone be waiting with a nice car, not a shuttle?
Yes, and eleven at night is an ordinary pickup for us. The driver is at arrivals with their names, the car is at the kerb — the Range Rover Sport is the one most families ask for, $686 for the block — and the bags go straight into the boot. Write anything that matters in the booking notes: a slower walk, a wheelchair from the airline, which of you should hear when they are in the car. The block takes them to the house or the hotel and the driver waits inside it, so a late landing changes nothing.
Flying into Burbank on business — will an executive car be there when I land?
Yes. Burbank is one compact terminal building, gates A and B, so the driver stands at the door with your name, and the black BMW 7 Series is staged against the flight. The four-hour block — $630, the driver $400 and the car $230 — covers the first meeting, the lunch and the hotel, and for a company it goes on one invoice, settled before the car goes out.
Private jet into Van Nuys — can a car and driver meet us on the ramp?
Van Nuys is FBOs rather than terminals, and each FBO decides where a ground vehicle stands — at the lounge door or under the canopy on the ramp side. Give us the tail number and the FBO, and the driver is there with the car when the aircraft blocks in; a landing that moves by an hour moves the car with it. The block is the same four hours, and a party travels as one booking: the principal in the Cullinan or the Maybach GLS 600, everyone else in the Sprinter.
Chauffeur from Burbank to Pasadena — what does that run?
$630 in the black BMW 7 Series — the driver $400 for the four-hour arrival block and the car $230 — and that one figure is the run to Pasadena and the evening after it in the same car. The driver is at the terminal door with your name, Pasadena is about 24 minutes away without traffic, and the block covers the Huntington, dinner on Colorado and the hotel, with the driver waiting inside it and the fuel included; in the Range Rover Sport it is $686. Agreed in writing before the day, and for a company it goes on one invoice.
Our client is flying in from London — can you collect him at LAX in something nice?
Yes. Long-haul usually lands at Tom Bradley — give us the airline, because Delta, Virgin Atlantic and Air France land at Terminals 2 and 3 — and the driver is at that terminal's arrivals level with his name and the flight number on their phone, so a late arrival is met rather than missed. Something nice is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan or the Maybach GLS 600 at their own daily rates, or the black BMW 7 Series at $630 for the block. The block takes him to the hotel and on to the first dinner, on one invoice to your company; put the assistant's number in the notes if someone should be told the moment he is in the car.
Can I have the car waiting at the terminal to drive myself instead?
Yes — the cars are ours, so at LAX it is $75 each way to the airport parking structure, where you collect the car off the airport shuttle, or $150 each way to the terminal, with somebody standing beside it at arrivals and the bags going straight into the boot. At Hollywood Burbank it is $125 each way, about twenty miles from our lot. Minimum age 21; a passport and your home licence are all we ask for.
