What delivery costs, by where

LAX is priced per direction, so the tiers combine. The three totals people actually see are $150 for the structure both ways, $300 for the terminal both ways, and $225 for the terminal on arrival and the structure on the way home — which is the common one, because almost nobody wants the VIP handover on the trip to the airport.

A quote here is the rate, the refundable deposit, the damage-and-liability cover, and delivery. All four arrive together in writing, and nothing is authorised against a card until you have seen all four.
