Yes. Every car here is booked by name, in its colour, from its own page and its own photographs, and that car is the one brought to you — not a category that resolves on the day.
Can I book online, or do I have to call?
Either. On a car with a live calendar, choose the dates on its page and pay online — the rental, the Protection plan and the sales tax — and the booking is confirmed there and then. The cars that go out on request, and anything for tomorrow morning, are quicker by phone: the car and the total come back in writing before you pay. There is no notice period; once a booking is paid, a car that is free can be on its way to you in about an hour.
