The Carnival is the van for people who did not want a van: squared-off SUV proportions, a tan leather cabin, and behind it all the things only a van does — doors that slide, a flat floor, and eight seats nobody has to climb over.

The shape is the concession and the doors are the point. Sliding rear doors open fully in a tight space, which is where a group with luggage actually loses time, and the flat floor means anybody can move front to back without stepping outside.

Inside it is trimmed in tan rather than the usual grey, which is the one detail that makes people forget what they are sitting in.

Refundable deposit: $350; A hold, not a charge. Back with you 5–7 business days after the car is home.
Damage and liability cover: $50 a day; Mandatory, and priced off the deposit rather than the rate. Your own qualifying full-coverage policy takes this line out of the quote entirely.
